Our People

As educators, our job is to work alongside parents as a cohesive unit, to meet learning outcomes and achieve relevant goals for your child. We believe that all children have the right to learn unimpeded, and should be free to explore what they are interested in personally. Our long-term educators are genuinely dedicated to caring for children and are passionate about fostering their individuality every day.

All our lead educators and teachers have early childhood education qualifications. Our Centre Manager has a primary education degree, and a background in primary school education. This level of knowledge is extremely valuable in delivering our School Readiness program, a Lifelong Learning program for children aged 3 years to preschool, which prepares your child for transitioning to school.

What makes you passionate about working in childcare? I love to see the world through the children’s eyes through their imagination and understanding of their surroundings. The innocence and willingness to learn about all great things. I am passionate to know that they are cared for and appreciated for who they are.

What is the funniest or most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? I was working in the Kinder room and the children were mesmerized by a cockroach that they saw in the outdoor yard asking questions about it and wanted to keep it. This went on for some time and then they got distracted as children do.
Once they turned away this little creature decided to crawl up the leg of my pants. I bent down to scratch at my leg and the children were rolling around on the ground laughing as I was unaware that our little friend decided to climb down my leg to play peek a boo.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? Our centre provides a home away from home with care, nurture and opportunity to grow. We work collaboratively with our families to ensure the children receive the best possible care. We encourage parent involvement throughout our curriculum. We are not only their teachers but their friends. We are strongly connected to our community and provide families with many opportunities be involved with the centre.
We provide learning in a fun and creative manner and provide high quality care, educational excursions such as Nursing home visits, Parks, Swimming pools for water safety, and Kew traffic school and incursions such as Happy Feet for music / fitness. We also provide a sporting program weekly. We have a minimal staff turnover with full qualifications whom are enthusiastic  about all the children in their care’s learning development and wellbeing
